4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and the policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other service partners.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges.

5. Travel Documents

Travelers are solely responsible for carrying valid identification and travel documents, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued Photo ID
• Passport

Bose Dreams Holidays shall not be responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Changes to Itinerary

While every effort is made to follow the published itinerary, Bose Dreams Holidays reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any part of the itinerary due to:

• Weather conditions or Natural disasters
• Road closures
• Government restrictions
• Political situations
• Operational requirements or Safety concerns

7. Hotel & Transportation

• Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by the respective hotel policies.
• Vehicle types are provided according to the package and the number of travelers.
• Upgrades are subject to availability and additional charges.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Travelers are expected to:

• Take care of their personal belongings.

Any loss or damage caused by the traveler may be their sole responsibility.

9. Health & Fitness

• Travelers should ensure they are medically fit for the chosen destination and activities.
• Bose Dreams Holidays is not responsible for any illness, injury, medical emergency, or health-related issues occurring during the tour.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bose Dreams Holidays acts only as a travel organizer and facilitator. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, baggage loss, or any loss arising from services provided by airlines, hotels, transport operators, or other third-party service providers.

Bose Dreams Holidays shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
